Lemon Drool Cake

This is a favorite of just about everyone who tries it. I prefer to freeze the cake after it is done.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg.yellow cake mix
- 1 lemon jello
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat to 350.
- Mix cake mix and jello.
- Add eggs, oil, water.
- Mix at med. speed - 4 min.
- Bake at 350 for 25 min. Don't overbake. Let cool at least 20 min.
- Poke holes all over with a fork - while cake is hot.
- Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar mixed.
- Pour over cake once it has cooled sufficiently.
