Lemon Drool Cake

This is a favorite of just about everyone who tries it. I prefer to freeze the cake after it is done.

Ingredients

• 1 pkg.yellow cake mix
• 1 lemon jello
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup cooking oil
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

• Preheat to 350.
• Mix cake mix and jello.
• Add eggs, oil, water.
• Mix at med. speed - 4 min.
• Bake at 350 for 25 min. Don't overbake. Let cool at least 20 min.
• Poke holes all over with a fork - while cake is hot.
• Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar mixed.
• Pour over cake once it has cooled sufficiently.
