1 Tbs. and 1 Tsp. reduced calorie margarine
1 Tbs and 1 tsp all purpose flour
1 cup skim milk
3 oz grated Parmesan Cheese
6 oz fettuccine, cooked and drained
2 Tbs. and 2 tsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
In medium saucepan, heat margarine, add flour. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 min. until flour is absorbed. Continuing to stir, gradually add milk, cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat.
Add cheese to milk mixture; stir to combine. Add fettuccine, toss gently.
Divide fettuccine mixture among 4 plates; sprinkle each portion with 2 tsp parsley.
