Bow Ties with Mushroom-Tuna Sauce

1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. reduced calorie tub margarine
1 med onion, sliced
2 cup sliced mushrooms
8 oz drained canned water packed tuna, claked
3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1 Tbs and 1 tsp lemon Juice
pinch salt
pinch pepper
6 oz bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
1 Tbs. and 1 Tsp fresh basil
parsley sprig to garnish
 
1.  heat margarine , add onion.  cook stirring frequently 2-3 min.  Add mushrooms, cook stirring frequently 2-3 min.  Stir in tuna and cheese
 
2.  Add sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper to tuna mixture; stir gently until combined.  Bring mixture just to a boil; reduce heat, Simmer, stirring frequently until sauce begins to thicken.
 
3.  Arrange pasta on serving platter, top with tuna mixture.  Sprinkle with chopped basil.
